Durham County Government Manager’s Office Design Internship

During the summer of 2022, I joined the Durham County Manager’s Office as a design intern. The other intern and I were tasked with creating all of the assets for an equity-focused game that is designed to drive conversation and collaboration between local government and a diverse team of community members.

Throughout the 11-week internship, we regularly met with stakeholders to present our work and get feedback. I’ve included some of the work from the summer below. I focused on creating artwork for the game boards, laying out the game boards, designing the card back designs, and animating the game’s explainer video.
